Dance your heart out to ‘If I Ever Feel Better’ by Phoenix in your underwear.
Find yourself swiping pages over a heartwarming piece from Nicholas Sparks to cool off your brain from reading too many tough sort of classical reading.
Say “I love you” to your loved ones and mean it.
Pay attention to minor details.
Pour your thoughts out manually to a secret journal till your fingers ache from too much writing.
Sleep it off to any song by Radiohead when your heart is breaking.
Reconnect with souls from past life and get yourself mesmerised by the sudden jolt of joy.
Converse your deepest fear or guilt, or even your utmost secretive desire to God early at dawn while everyone’s asleep but the stars.
More veggies in your diet.
And fruit.
Sweat those toxic out of your body via a 30 minutes hellish workout burning your calories to the core and be refreshed.
Take time to actually watch those 90s movies off your watch-list.
Drive off somewhere all by yourself to escape.
Get yourself lost in a bookstore for an impeccable distraction.
Give more to the less fortunates and wish them love.
Have yourself some chocolate cupcakes.
Put any deafening punk song out loud to shut those noises off your head.
Or, head home and be sound.
Play some old tunes on the piano.
Practice gratitude.
More love.
Grow.
Bloom.

I prefer sunshines and loathe winter. Oh, and a gold stack of old juvenile writing is safely preserved here: https://fluorescenxx.tumblr.com/
